This is not an ordinary balloon house, this is the iconic house from the animated film UP. This is not licensed but is an original set with the floating compression (the illusion of it floating), known as tensegrity.
Please note as a tensegrity build there may be a slight challenge to get the balance correct, otherwise the house sits perfectly fine as a display when not in use.
