Q: Does the package come with original box?

A: To save the shipping cost, we will ship your order without original box. If you want to receive the original box, we can arrange separate delivery with additional shipping fee.

 

Q: I have been looking for a block set and it is not found in the store….

A: If you can’t find product which you are looking in our store, please send us the name / photos of the products you want. We will do our best to search for you.

 

Shipping

 

Q: What if there is custom duty for international shipping

A: Any duty, customs fees and local taxes for international shipments to be paid on the receiving end. The custom duty shall be undertaken by customer.

If the package is rejected by the customs of your home country or otherwise and returned to BrickMeUpScottie, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 10% of the total product purchase price.

 

Q: How much will the shipping cost?

For HK local

A: For orders less than US$100 (HK$800), we charge shipping cost of US$5 (HK$40) if the shipping adder is a commercial one or a Shun Fung Express station; US$10(HK$70) if the shipping address is residential.  This is added on top of your checkout price. Any discount offer is not applicable on shipping cost.

For orders US$100 (HK$800) or above, we deliver to you for free.

​You will receive an email to inform you when the good is sent. Whole process of ordering and receiving goods is around 4-7 working days.

Alternatively, if you may pick-up the goods at our office.Please checkout with the "Offline Payment" option or e-mail to place the order and arrange pick-up details.

 

For overseas delivery

We offer delivery to overseas addresses, shipping charge depends on delivery method, weight and quantity of items ordered.

 

Please check-out using the offline payment method or send us an email. We will provide a quotation on postage and the paypal link to settle payment. We will send by Fedex / DHL/ Hong Kong Post (via Air or Surface) / SF Express depending on your request. For reference on prices, see click here.

 

Please confirm the delivery method and the final total amount by email before payment.

 

Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes and hotels. All dispatch only to Residential Address or Commercial Address.

 

Q: Do you offer express shipping?

A: We can arrange express delivery on your request.

 

Refund/ Return / Exchange

Q: Can my product be refunded if I changed my mind after purchase or incorrectly checked out the wrong item?

A: Sorry, our product is not refundable. Once an order is confirmed and paid via Paypal or direct bank deposit, we will not accept order cancellation of any reasons However, if the order is processed incorrectly at our fault, the payment you made will be fully refundable.

 

 

Q: What if there is missing or damage/ defective pieces

A: No worries, please feel free to email us and we will look for those pieces for you.

We will arrange to re-send the pieces in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase.

 

To help fasten the process, please provide the following info:

  1. Your receipt
  2. Name and series number of the purchased item
  3. A photo with indication of the missing / damage piece on the instructions menu
  4. For damage piece, please also send us a photo of damaged piece

 

Please note that some of the surfaces may have tiny scratches from hand sorting and to get combined for shipping.

 

We shall only accept refundable request if the item be proved lacks of stock for replacement. The defective item will be requested to return to our office before refund. Customer will be responsible for the original and return shipping charges. The balance will then be refunded to you.

 

We do not refund original shipping and handling fees with and for the return or exchange request.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Q: Any non-returnable items?

A: The following items are non-returnable:

  • Any goods delivered and received more than 10 days
  • Any contrived damage.
  • Any free gift accessories and parts.
  • Any discount, clearance or sales items

In the event of dispute, BrickMeUpScottie decision shall be final and conclusive.

 

Q: How do I receive the refund from BrickMeUpScottie?

A: Refund will be issued to the same account holder and in the same form of payment (Paypal or bank deposit) originally used for purchase. it takes 3 to 4 weeks to process.

Refund request is only available within 10 days from the received of goods.

 

BrickMeUpScottie reserves the right to reject a refund, return or exchange from customer should any of the above conditions are not met or if we consider there to have been an excessive number of returns from a customer.
